To whom it may concern, I am writing this email to express my disappointment at the meal we had last night at Brother of Mine, upon arrival we were informed that there was quite a few of the beers were not available so the men that we were with actually only had a choice of about four beers which was quite disappointing to start with. Then when it came to ordering our food were were told that there was only one rack of ribs left, then five minutes later the waiter came back and stated there was actually none left but if we wanted the "Feed me Q" the chef would ensure that were was other meats to compensate. We then ordered the "Feed me Q" for the four of us, when it arrived we were extremely disappointed with what was on the tray of food, there was sausage, some pork, three chicken wings, and two slices of beef which were dry and tasteless. There was some potato salad and corn and two other things that I can only describe as slop in small cardboard bowls again with no taste to them and 4 rounds of bread!!! We have actually eaten at the BOM Barbecue once before and we told the friends that came with us how amazing it was. We felt so embarrassed last night and had to keep apologising for how awful the food was, our bill was $238.00 which is not a cheap meal we expected much better quality for this. Our booking was for 7.30pm and we were 15 minutes late but we were literally given our food then they started packing up chairs around us, making us feel like we had to hurry up and get out. I am all for supporting the small business and love to see them doing well. Unfortunately we won't be coming back and would not recommend any of our friends to try BOM. I never normally would complain but I was so sad about last night I feel I have to. Yours sincerely
