We dine here often and this was the worst experience. They seated us outside under the plastic tents and “heaters”. The heaters were not working, it was absolutely freezing. They kept saying they’d move us but no one ever came to move us until we were almost done with our dinner. My steak was undercooked so had to send back. I spoke to the manager and he was extremely rude. Not a way to treat loyal customers who have been dining at Brooklyn Cafe for over 10 years on a frequent basis. Very disappointing.

This is my second time visiting this restaurant, and I’ve enjoyed myself both times. I highly recommend this place, but be sure to make a reservation before you go. I had the fish sandwich and the fries are fresh.

Always fantastic! I had the lobster bisque which really hit the spot! My friend ordered the crab cake salad which is always a hit!! The service was wonderful! A great neighborhood gem!!

Dined on a Saturday evening. Was able to secure a last-minute reservation. Initial service took approximately 10 minutes before we saw our server. After that service was consistent. We had fish tacos and the Reuben sandwich. Both were very good . Also had the tomato salad as a side, which was exceptional. Enjoyable evening.

Fantastic meal with friends! Sat on patio where noise level is lower. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Fish tacos and the fish specials were delicious

Brooklyn Cafe is always excellent! Consistency is why we continue to go! Service is fast. Noise level not as bad as some places…only negative about their location is parking can be an issue during peak times!
