   My experience was great other than the host telling me I needed to wait to be seated for my reservation when the restaurant was 80% empty. He said it was a staffing issue and sent me to the lounge which the bartender did his absolute best and I am appreciative for his service, but he was definitely overwhelmed with him being the old only bartender for the service well, four tables, and the whole bar. The host ruined the experience for sure.

   Brio has fallen off! This used to be a staple in my restaurant selection, but not after last night. The food was subpar. I had the Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops. The only evidence of grilled were the faux lines on the chops. There was no Tuscan flavor. My husband’s chops were also bland at best. Will not be returning.

   Food was average at best which was disappointing because we’ve had some great meals there. The service was very slow and our server didn’t seem to make himself very available.

   Our server, Amy, was great! She made excellent recommendations and was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely request her the next time we go back to Brio.

   The food was delicious although it took two attempts for one of the meals as it was cold. Unfortunately, the service was less than desirable. We were never offered dessert, empty, dirty plates left on the table and drink refills were scarce.

   Our family went to celebrate my mothers bday. She had the lamb chops, my daughter had the chicken and spinach Alfredo, and I had the chicken limone. All three of us loved the taste of our food. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly. I could taste the hint of lemon in my dish without it being overpowering. My daughter was first to finish her dinner (which never happens) because the Alfredo was delicious. Service was a bit slow; however, it was beginning to become very busy inside. Overall, our waitress was nice and professional. We would go again as we enjoyed the whole experience.

    I would give it five stars but it wasn’t the greatest experience from the start. My party and I felt like we were overlooked when being seated in a terrible area when other seats were available! Then we ordered and after almost an hour we were told half of our options (which were regular menu items) were no longer available or ran out! Even one plate was said to be the last one, was given to the table across from us! The reason I have gave a good star rating was because the food that we did finally receive was really good but mostly because of our server. She was excellent and deserves a promotion because she was the only one there who truly understands customer service! Hopefully this doesn’t happen to other customers
