   Ordered hamburger without cheese. It came with cheese. Ordered minestrone soup never got it. Hamburger finally arrived after other party finished dinner. Called the manager over and he apologized and dinner was gratis. Don’t know if the waiter was new but he did a very poor job taking the orders. We have been regular customers at Brio for years but now perhaps we’ll look elsewhere. So sorry

   Mash potatoes were cold and they took too long to bring a replacement. Didn’t like the bread.

   Greeter was not very friendly… I don’t think she would have let us in if we did not have a reservation and the place was empty

   Not many diners, so the butter and entree toast were rock hard, potatoes were overcooked in the Tuscan brunch entree. The calamari appetizer was tough, rubbery, but breaded coating and sauces were excellent. I suspect the low diner count kept some items under the warmers longer than usual. We generally find the food much better at this restaurant
