   Food was great but out server failed to place our order for appetizers and a side salad. When we asked why he simply stated he didn’t place the orders. This was after we received our entrees. And had to ask for bread.

   The Valentine Fixed Price menu was a very good deal and the food was fantastic. We tried something new - the Gorgonzola crusted beef medallions - amazing ! We like our beef well done - these were cooked to perfection, very tender and flavorful. Service was awesome. The table decor for Valentine’s Day was a nice touch. I am not a big fan of caramel but the Caramel Marscapone Cheesecake was delicious.

   We had an amazing Valentine’s Day at Brio. Our server, Jalen, was very attentive and got everything right. His attention to detail was impeccable. Our food came out promptly, hot, and delicious. This was my wife and I’s first night out since having our baby in December, and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Well done!

   Allison, our waitress was wonderful. She was friendly, accurate, courteous and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious! Atmosphere was pleasant. We will be back.

   Went Saturday of Restaurant Week. When we were sat we were told "they " ended their Restaurant Week on Friday. Restaurant Week is not an individual deal it is constant throughout all the participants. Nothing on Open Table said anything about Brio setting their own rules/participation window and not participating on Saturday. Anyway, while waiting to be seated, a couple came in looking to eat without a reservation. She was told they were booked all night. Certainly because of Restaurant Week. When we were leaving we saw several patrons in the lobby quite upset that they wouldn't be offered the Restaurant Week specials

   Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Multiple errors in food delivery. Tables around us not cleared quickly.

   This was our first time here. We came because of the Restaurant Week special menu they were offering. The portion size was better than I thought it would be since the special menu was offering a three course meal. Our food came out in a timely manner and was the perfect temperature. Also liked the fact that when the warm bread came out the butter was room temperature, not cold. That was a nice touch. Our waitress was very friendly and we enjoyed our experience enough that we will return.

   Ordered fillet medallions and was told I could not order them medium rare. They had to be the way they were pre-cooked. Not what I would expect for $37 plus a salad as an extra.

    The Taste of Tuscany special is a great deal. All portions were full size and quite ample - both my husband and I brought home a sizable amount of our entrees and half of our desert. Our server (Jay) was wonderful. Even though he took our order for all 3 courses at the beginning - we were not at all rushed. He was attentive and friendly. My sole disappointment was the Cesar salad - although it was tasty - the cheese was the powdered grocery store type cheese rather than shaved Parmesan that is more typical at other restaurants.
