Although the definition of a Gastropub is, in its literal form, what we strive to offer, we do intend on elevating the notion of a gastropub to the next level. We want to offer not only meals of high quality, but the finest quality beers, wines, cocktails, spirits, soft drinks, coffees, teas, and everything else that falls under the guise of "a pub, bar, or tavern"

Nice bar, very laid back feeling. Delicious food but dinner menu very limited. Staff very attentive would definitely recommend if your in & around the Dundrum area 👍.

The waiter whose name I forget was incredibly friendly but the food took an age to come and was cold. The sides were mixed up. The waiter tried his best but I felt some of the orders were ready long before others hence the reason some dishes were cold. I asked for fresh hot chips and got piping hot chips in a very short time. It was a family birthday and he made a huge fuss and organised a brownie with a candle. As I say he took great pride in his work and solved problems made by the background staff.

Really impressed with the food and the service, the surroundings were comfortable and plenty of space between tables. Very good value and would highly recommend

The brickyard is a great local spot. The food is incredible as is the service. Great menu and great choice of craft beers, cocktails and other drinks.

The table we were seated at was dirty. We had to ask for it to be cleaned and given the current circumstances I felt this was awful. It ruined the experience from the get go.

It was a very comfortable, relaxing, safe and enjoyable experience. Even in a pandemic, Brickyard follows the guidelines and has many seating options with space around you. The food is always 10/10 and a great variety of craft beers on tap, with great cocktails too. If you enjoy the beer or cocktail, you can buy some growlers to go. The Pornstar Martini is my favorite because it’s not so sweet it makes your teeth hurt like other places. You can just sit back and enjoy it and take a double to go home 😃. The Service is always friendly, honest and prompt. We enjoy their brunches too their Mimosa is out of this world and Bailey Lattes hit the spot. For this holiday season, I’m loving their Christmas Sando 😋 and their Korean Pancakes are always a staple with our family and group of friends. The Burgers are tasty too - they even have a Vegan Burger my vegan friends love. The Chicken wings are yummy in the tummy with all of the variety of flavors tickling your tastebuds and Vegan friendly options of “cauliflower wings” so you can get something tasty. If you like real American hot & spicy - Brickyard has unlocked this formula and know how to do it well while not destroy the taste of the food. Again Brickyard’s food is 10/10
