   First time. Great waitress Whitney. She had great suggestions and knowledge of food and drinks. She moved my table so I could watch the kitchen cook which I loved. The drinks were amazing with shock and aw. Live music great brussel sprouts and baked Alaska. They have Salmon, mushroom truffle pasta, steak something for everyone.

   Went there to celebrate my sister passing an important test for a new job and they brought her out chocolate covered strawberries to help celebrate. They could have easily ignored that I put special occasion on the reservation but they asked about it and brought that out for her. Food was outstanding and the drink menu was the best in town. Loved our experience!

   I attend Brick and Brine often for birthday celebrations, anniversary’s and just a fun date night out. Unfortunately, my experience this last visit was suboptimal. I had brought three friends along to celebrate a birthday. Two of the guests ordered burgers medium well and medium and not one but both burgers came completely raw. I know this can happen sometimes but there was nothing done to make this right expect bring the burgers back 25 mine later recooked. And it wasn’t just one burger it was both. The burgers were not taken off the bill either. As I said earlier, we were celebrating a birthday and a birthday celebration dessert was not brought and this is a tradition at Brick and Brine as I’ve recently went there for my birthday and my daughters and saw this happening at the restaurant the entire night. After speaking with the manager about the experience all he had to say was “I’m sorry.” There was nothing done to make this right. Highly dissatisfied with how the entire situation was handled and will not be going back. Do better please.
