   Will provided great service, he was very attentive to our table and respected our wishes to enjoy a slow paced meal. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and also the salmon. Such a delightful evening.

   Excellent steaks, well prepared. Sides were great and vey generous. Service was perfect. All in all, great place for a good meal, right on the River Walk.

   Moderate to expensive fare, all excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient. All around great time so bottom line, we’ll be back!

   Stipulated an anniversary celebration. The couple next to us got rose petals on table and we got nothing. Expensive dining experience was subpar

   This is our second experience and Brenner’s. Overall, everything was great! Our waiter, William, could benefit from additional training in customer service. To start, he did not introduce himself. The second time he came to our table, I asked for his name so I knew what to call him. It just seemed like it took a lot longer for our drinks to arrive than normal. There was another waiter that was working in tandem with William and that guy was on top of it! Overall, William was a good waiter. We tipped him a standard 20%. We normally tip 25 to 30% these days with superior customer service. As I mentioned in the beginning, William could benefit from additional training to elevate his level of customer service.

   Party of 4. After waiting over an hour our food arrived and all of our steaks and 2 of the sides were already cold. Very disappointing on a $600 meal

   Daniel was amazing and attentive during our visit. Provided great recommendations and timed our meal perfectly. The piano music was a great accompaniment to our dinner. The food was outstanding and well prepared. I highly recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp!
