   This was our traditional Christmas Day dinner and we invited our sister in law to join us. It was a bit disappointing. Hostess obvious didn’t want to work the holiday. We were seated in the bar on lawn chairs and around dirty tables. Our salads arrived well after main course was served. The vegetables that were part of the entree package were obviously reheated throughout the day. They were not asparagus and green beans ; just crispy green beans. Pork Chops, Chicken Caprese , and Chicken Marsala were good. Obviously the restaurant was understaffed which hurt the ambience.

   We went tonight for Christmas dinner. I loved the Diavolo pasta with grilled chicken, my Mom really enjoyed her chicken marsala and according to my daughter you can never go wrong with the filet mignon 😉 Our waiter Darnell was absolutely fantastic! We had a great time.

   This was my very 1st Christmas dining experience. Overall it was good. I think our waitress had alot of tables to handle which made service a bit slow. The food was hot and tasty.

   Even though they were crowded due to Christmas we were seated at our reservation time and our server Adam was very quick . Great job to the entire staff from the young ladies that seated us to our amazing waiter Adam

   I've been to Bravo many times and this experience was the worst of them. Pros and cons below: Pros: - The staff was really nice. - We were grateful they were open on Christmas and we could make a reservation. - The cocktails were tasty. Cons: - I went to use my silverware and found that my fingers were wrapped around caked-on food on the knife, and a lot of it. I asked for a completely new set because the dried food was wrapped up with the other two forks. - My date had no silverware, but they promptly gave him some when I asked. - The drinks took about 15 minutes to get to our table. My date's cocktail was warm when it was served to him, though he liked the taste. - Our food took so long to get to us that we weren't sure whether to order another drink because we didn't want to be done eating by the time it got to us. - The food came to us barely warm and was clearly sitting out for a while. I always get the lasagna and could tell by the look and temperature that it'd been out for a long time. Some of the noodles weren't even coated in the sauce, and it was lukewarm when I bit into it. The taste was good, though. My date's spaghetti came out dry, with the sauce not even sticking to the noodles. He didn't even finish the rest of it. We ended up ordering drinks just before our meals came and closed out the second they arrived at our table. We still tipped above 20% because our server was nice and we tried to understand that maybe things were this way because of Christmas; that doesn't mean we didn't leave feeling like we wasted $116 on the experience. We do like Bravo, but this was super disappointing.

   We have eaten Christmas Eve dinner at Bravo for many years. This year’s experience was not our best. The bartender was charged with serving our table, along with tending the bar for all upper level tables. This was unfair, both to him and to us. It took nearly 30 minutes just to get water. We only ended up with one bottle of wine because Omar was so slammed, he didn’t make it back to the table. The manager brought our bread and appetizers. Our soup and salads never showed up. Seven of eight entrees were eventually served — four of them lukewarm. Eventually, we caught the attention of a passing waiter and asked him to check on the eighth entree. By this time, three of us had finished eating and I had passed my plate to my hungry husband. His entree (lukewarm) finally appeared. Food tasted good, but the temperature was off-putting. One salad showed up after all but two of us were finished and we sent it back. Because we know that restaurants are understaffed and it was a holiday, we did not allow ourselves to become upset. We will return because we love the food and the temperature and service issues were not our usual experience.

    Good food but pretty slow service tonight which is unfortunate since our group included two small children with minimal patience.
