Service was unfriendly, server Rosario needs more training in customer service. Minimal effort which was disappointing. Food arrived in bits with no apology for delays. Food was tasty but very small portions. Beautiful setting but shame about service

We had a proper table, not up at the bar. We had the popcorn shrimp starter which was absolutely delicious nice and spicy. Followed by chicken schnitzel. We were both so full no room for dessert.

We were dining on a Xmas gift voucher . When we asked For the bill we were told we couldn’t use the selfridges Voucher as selfridges had shut half an hour ago. We had told the bar tender previously that we were using A selfridges voucher ( while it was open) he never explained That it wouldn’t be accepted after 6!! A manager came and insisted that we pay and he was Not accepting the voucher. It was , quite frankly a very Poor show. Luckily we had the money to pay, but what Would’ve happened if we hadn’t. Apart from this awful experience, to actually get in to Have a drink before we ate was a nightmare, they have two Tables as you walk in , which they told us we could sit at Until our table was ready, my husband asked for some Drinks while we waited but were told we wasn’t allowed to To drink at the tables ( which , by the way, are in the bar area)!! We were told this by a very miserable manageress, Long dark haired girl dressed in black . She really needs To find a new vocation as she really isn’t suitable to hospitality! ( the other girl, taller also dark haired ,and dressed in black , was absolutely lovely. ) The whole experience was upsetting. What should’ve been a lovely Sunday Xmas treat , was an absolute disaster.

Great food, lovely atmosphere, groovy music and a beautiful place to be. Service could be better for such a nice venue and the price point. Amazing food and drinks are good as well.

We booked a table in advance but had to stand and wait for 45 minutes to be seated. The staff weren’t much of a help and it was very frustrating considering we had an elderly disabled person with us.
