   Very surprised to see how slow the service was tonight, 42 mins to get our pornstar martinis and 45mins to get our whispering angels bottle, food arrived 50mins later, crab salad was too fishy and dangerously filled with shells, curry prawns was bland and side rice was overcooked almost soaked in water. Cocktails were very eggy and overpowering with vanilla, bottle of wine was room temperature. Not a good night at all.

   I ordered the chicken bang bang salad. One of my favourites, but the chicken was chewy and dry and the dish seemed cobbled together. I did mention it at the end of my meal, perhaps I should have sent it back but my colleague was happy with his dish. The management made no effort to come over and see me and no concession was offered. Expect better for a £18 salad

   I have been several times before, and always been very happy. On this occasion, I booked it for a friend’s birthday, who had never been before. I booked back in October, and asked for a nice table. I understand this isn’t easy to accommodate, however we were placed on a small table, by the bar. Our friend’s chair was broken, and had to be changed. We asked to move for dessert, and moved to the parallel table! It was better there. The food was great as always. Everything else was mediocre. I won’t let this one occasion put me off though, as my experiences have always been excellent.

   Was celebrating my friend beating cancer, so very special occasion. Server Andreea went above and beyond and bought my friend to tears with her kind act and lovely personality. Food alway great and l live for their deserts.

   We went for the second time for breakfast as we were in London, it’s a place to be decadent, not cheap but if you want to treat yourself do go, food is very good and impeccable service

   Beautiful light bright restaurant. Makes such a change from all those trendy dimly lit places where I need my phone torch to read the menu. Decor is fantastic, staff all well dressed and wearing signature notify on dresses and waistcoats etc. lovely big bar / counter area. Great mixture of seating. Food choice and standard of food is good as is the choice of drinks. Service from bar, to waiting to concierge is all professional and helpful but not overly fussy. We just love eating in here and people watching. It has a lovely vibe.
