A fabulous dining experience celebrating birthdays and a beautiful vacation in Maine. The food was absolutely some of the best, most delicious delicacies I’ve ever had. My partner felt the same way. If you’re in Bar Harbor and want to experience food in a way that you will not soon forget, enjoy Brasserie LeBrun!

We enjoyed our dinner at Brasserie LeBrun so much that we came back the next night to sample more of their wonderful menu. The Short Rib Bourguignon, scallops, salmon, and steak au poivre were all outstanding. The wait staff was knowledgeable and so welcoming. Wish we lived here so we could hang out all the time!

Absolutely spectacular food, with delicious layering of flavors in every dish. The extensive wine by the glass menu allowed our party of 6 to try 6 different reds, with everyone loving the one they chose. Service was uncomfortably slow at times, with us having to flag down staff at times for more water or to ask a question (and the restaurant wasn't that busy when we were there).

A beautiful place, expectations were high but the food unremarkable and my potato based side dish had gone bad, the mayo had turned yet the server and manager did nothing to help. Fortunately the cocktail was good and the mushroom tort nice, so were the oysters. Just a story that I don’t think reflects well - hopefully just a fluke.
