   Service was unbelievably slow - took a long time to take our order - then 40 minutes to tell us they couldn’t do the cheese soufflé after we ordered it! The first time I had dinner every thing was perfect

   Our server was extremely helpful and attentive. Our dinners - Roasted Chicken and Mussels were both very good. The only negative was a very unruly and crying very young child that was quite distracting

   I have been to your other locations and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently good. Our server, Victoria, was amazing and very professional.

   The food is really very good but unfortunately the service is consistently sub-par and inattentive. I’m not one who needs constant coddling but to go 20 minutes without a visit from the waiter is really unacceptable. Waited over half an hour for our entrees. The waitperson never came back to check on us after that. Had to chase them down to get a check and I had to ask twice for someone to come clear our dirty dishes after we’d been finished for 15 minutes. Lots of waitstaff standing around the front doing not much while we were virtually ignored in the back room. Too bad as this has the potential to be a successful venture. I live in the building and am mystified that the service isn’t getting any better in the two+ months they’ve been open.

   What a charming and quaint place to have dinner and drinks. I went there with my work colleagues for a holiday get together. It was perfect. We intend to go back! Thank you!
