The food wasn’t “bad” per se, but for what you pay for it you don’t really get a lot. I got the Breakfast Americain and it came with one sausage link, which was lukewarm, potato’s, eggs. My girlfriend got the Avocado Toast which she said was good. However, she had to use a knife to cut the toast. Hope this helps!

Service team was incredible and food was very good. Had a New York strip and thought it was good. I do think there is a limited appetizer / starter list which is why I rated a 4 versus 5

Very disappointed nothing French about the place. I judge all American brasseries against Balthazar and this didn’t come close. Very noisy. Service was good Wouldn’t recommend it to a friend

Server was great. Hostess so-so. 20 plus open tables at 9pm and she sits a couple next to us..18 inches away. Ordered the filet and the meat was cold. Way overpriced for cold steak,

Dinner before the Garth Brooks show at Caesars Palace. Food and service were incredible, but just know going in it’s loud (abuts the casino) and it’s expensive ($$$$). Dinner for two with drinks was over $400. It was worth it for us.

We made reservations for a special birthday. We split 1 salad and 1 steak and sides plus bottle of wine for $320!! We were given cold plates that made the food instantly ice cold. The potatoe puree when we put it on our plates turned to gummy goop. We had just been served our drinks. We clinked out glasses and the food was pkopped on our table, less than 5 minutes after arrived.. makung it the most expensive ridiculously fast food. Awful experience. Josh and the manager walked away from us when we complained.
