Great service overall, although they seemed to be short staffed. Food was very good. Would return if we were in the area again.

Steak was mediocre at best, very bland & pretty dry. It also was barely warm when it arrived at the table. The other food was pretty good, but we went for the steak and was disappointed for especially for the price.

Our server was very professional, and the food was great. It is however, a bit pricey.

Adding the mashed potatoes as a side for the salmon was the best decision. They were delicious. The staff were also very attentive.

I wanted so much to have an amazing experience here. We’ve been to several Bobby Flay restaurants and they usually never disappoint. First let’s talk service. Our waiter wasn’t very friendly or personable. We tried to engage several times with some friendly chit chat and got nothing back. Are they trained to act like we’re in France? Next wine. Marked up at a ridiculous rate. We drink several of the brands and know what the bottles cost. This is highway robbery. Appetizers. The steak carpaccio was delicious but only came with 5 little pieces of bread. Not enough bread for the amount of carpaccio. We asked for more bread and were charged $3 for 5 more tiny slices. It’s annoying being “nickle and dimed” at every turn. The escargot was good and the fresh oysters were delicious. Dinner. We got 1 hangar steak and 7 filet mignons. How was it possible that the cheapest steak was by far the best? All 3 filets were slightly overcooked in the middle and way over charred on the outside. Good thing they came with a side sauce. It was the only flavor on the plate. For sides we got the Mac & cheese, baked potato and mushrooms. All were ok, but the mushrooms came out about 15 minutes after the rest of our food. No apologies were given even though we were mostly done with our dinner by the time we got the mushrooms. Bottom line: overpriced mediocre food. Not memorable or anything we’d recommend.

Lovely venue and menu had such potential Mix of dishes with a French influence but appealing to a broad clientele Execution was lacking I had the eggs Benedict with salmon Eggs were cooked right but were lukewarm English muffin was stale Could not cut with a steak knife Friend had French toast with an egg on side Asked for egg over medium - came out of easy at best Service was so so Had to wait too long for sugar as coffee got cold For price. A customer does deserve food hot and to order

I’ve been dining at Brasserie B restaurant at Caesars Palace and I strongly and highly recommend to anyone to try and experience their excellent dining cuisine and good quality service. Please try the appetizers such as “Yellowtail Crudo” and the “Scallops” OMG 😳 it’s so delicious and out of this world 😋!! It’s a friendly restaurant and attendant are very nice 👍 🙏

We had a wonderful dinner and our server was great! We got lost finding it and still kept our reservation even though we were 20 min late.
