   We did the prixfixe holiday meal for Christmas Eve. Everything was excellent, amazing flavors, great service, and the wine and sake pairing was a fantastic addition. Couldn’t finish everything and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious culinary experience.

   We were greeted at the door, and the staff was quite hospitable. For a holiday meal, we received the quality treatment expected of a top-notch restaurant.

   Good, fun brasserie experience. Good service though the waiter initially was slow to greet us. Busy on Christmas evening. Had to wait for reserved table. Enjoyed the food and a good menu of brasserie selections. Excellent French Onion soup, scallops ceviche, oysters and duck confit. Enjoyed the live, roaming singer. Nice touch.

   Definitely not a brunch I would recommend. The place is nice but the food very disappointing in appearance, quality and quantity. Capucino and coffe were tiny portions and served not hot. Omelet with potatoes was poor quality, frozen potatoes , mushrooms were tasteless. As it is a hotel Restaurant, it’s like they really do not care what they put on your plate. The fruit was tasteless and like it was cut in advance. Not a good example of Montreal brunch.

   Service and food were good, but a little over priced for the quality. A bit too crowded and noisy to be an intimate dining experience. Overall good.

   Belle ambiance et bon service, mais certains plats servis froids (huîtres Rockefeller, elles devraient êtres chaudes) et la qualité de certains aliments laissait à désirer. Entre autres petites frites trop cuites et provenant du fond du panier de friture. Pourtant, un steak frites demeure un plat de base pour une brasserie! Un peu plus d'attention...

    My daughter and I visited Aura at Notre Dame, so we wanted dinner near the venue. This restaurant was lively and upscale for our first night in Montreal. We finished at Aura early, and the hostess welcomed us never even questioning our presence despite the packed dining area. We enjoyed the salmon tatare as an appetizer. My daughter devoured the steak frites as her entree, and I did the same with the lobster. To finish, we shared the crème brûlée. While the price point is high, the service and dishes are well worth it.
