If you are given the Prix Fixe menu when you arrive, ask to see the regular menu. The PF menu for Christmas Day dinner was decidedly un Christmassy (Veal Cheeks? Sea Bass or pasta)and extremely expensive $199 for 3 courses. When we saw other dishes being served to diners, we asked about another menu and ended up with a much better meal as a consequence. Also, they should teach servers how to open Champagne properly. Turn the bottle while holding the cork.

The "Fashion Tea" was not at the level we would have expected from Waldorf Astoria. We have gone to many tea experiences in the city and unfortunately, this ranks in last place. Minimal food that did not taste fresh (bread was hardening) and lukewarm, average tea. There was one kind woman working the room with a helper that seemed to be absent most of the time. The room itself was very pretty and we enjoyed the holiday harp music.

Very disappointed with the fashion Tea . The food selection was very strange and not many options . Way more desserts than sandwiches . I was also under the impression there would be some type of fashion show . You had a manican with an outfit and a Veronica beard bag . Service was good but that was it .

Menu hasn’t changed in a while. I was told they no longer make an aioli as there’s a new chef. For a high end restaurant, this is ridiculous. A new chef should bring new dishes. Service was mediocre at bar.

Service was amazing and a nice venue. Portions on small side and meal was a bit cold…we had to wait with our served meals while another meal went back to be redone…not good.

Very poor service. No one at host stand for 5 minutes. We went to the bar and bartender ignored us for 8-10 minutes and we had to ask him for menus. He was clearly very overworked. Food was fine but the price felt high given the poor service.

Our server was not attentive. Drinks ran dry, never received a dessert menu we requested, and he was not personable in the slightest. We will not be returning.

we were not given water for the table for a half hour. Waiter left after pouring water and did not return to take drink orders for another half hour. We finally got the attention of a gentleman who was possibly management . We explained that we were there going on an hour without our drinks and had not even ordered appetizers . His reply “It is a busy night tonight.” I was shocked that was his reply. As customers that were hungry and getting very annoyed making an excuse ..inexcusable. The restaurant was busy but there were many tables available . ignoring customers and a lack of concern when there are 7 people that are clearly not having a beautiful dining experience will undoubtedly lead to our conclusion . We will not go back .
