Note we did not have food but Open Table made me but in a number. I enjoy the place for a drink with a friend. The Ambience is nice, Matt our server was great and we enjoyed ourselves. It is actually not badly priced since it is in a Waldorf, but this is not a reasonably priced place by a long shot.

A real disappointment. We have eaten at Brass Tack several times in the last year and were delighted in particular with two dishs - the wood fired oysters and the scallops. Preps for both items were almost unique in the city. Now the scallops are gone. Generic oyster prep, that one can get in a hundred places in Chicago, are on the menu. What a bore. We understand that there is a chef and we can always hope for the best. But this has not been an auspicious start.

Me and my husband came here for date night and we had a good time. The food and drinks were good! Our waiter Travis was also friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely come back.

I would come back for a drink at the bar, but on a hectic night, I would be worried about the quality of service.

Most white people food in a long time. It was a “special valentines menu,”which I will avoid for the rest of my life.

The service was superb. Our server greeted us with a glass of champagne to celebrate a birthday and was perfectly attentive the rest of the time.

The pot roast w/mashed potatoes and gravy was melt-in-your-mouth fantastic and out hostess, Alicia, was extremely attentive to our every request.

Our waiter James made my guest who celebrated her birthday feel extra special. He was well informed and very pleasant. Our restaurant week lunch specials were delicious and we ate every bite. Highly recommend!
