Overall, the food and service were solid- what you would expect from a place selling $100+ steaks. Super expensive even for an expense account work dinner. Noise level was super high. Would return. Won’t rush back.

The Hamburger was fair at best. At lunch, you should get a few French fries, chips or fruit cup. The plate looks odd with just a burger in the center.

From the moment of arrival to departure was a five star experience. The flight of fries with different dipping sauces a great starter along with the butter truffle roll amazing! I had the black truffle agnolotti good enough to bring tears to your eyes, hubbie had a Caesar salad with anchovies. Hubbie and I both had steak 32oz porterhouse perfection, I had rib cap wagyu so tasty. Loaded baked potato and their signature truffle Mac & cheese. Topped off with the cheesecake with pears & buttery pecans. There was even a birthday ice cream cone❤️ I absolutely will be dining there again!!

Service was poor. Asked to take the free French fries to go as I wanted them for later. When I ordered a burger to go after I already spent $300 on our in-restaurant meals, the waiter then charged me $16 for the free fries after he already agreed to put them in the bag. Will never visit again - bad view, overpriced, construction outside is terrible, and the bad restroom plumbing smells like something died in the hallways. I stay at Four Seasons quite a bit - I’ll switch brands based on this terrible experience.

The entire experience was incredible. One of the best steaks our party has ever had. The waitstaff were wonderful across the board.

I've been to Bourbon Steak several times, and overall, it's a solid choice. On my latest visit, I gave them 4 stars. The food was enjoyable, although my wife's main dish was just okay - nothing particularly memorable. The service was a bit of a mixed bag. Our waiter seemed a bit snooty at times, but the team did accommodate my 20-minute late arrival without issue, which was appreciated. Overall, Bourbon Steak remains a reliable option, but this visit didn't quite live up to my expectations. Still, I'll be back!
