   Not sure if our server was annoyed that we were only a party of 2 at his 4 top but, he completely forgot our bottled water for about 15 min. Our dinners came out wrong, when new ones came out my steak was undercooked. We waited for our server to return which he didn’t, so we had to flag down the host. By the time the server came to check on us, my husband was done with his meal. We asked for salt, pepper and ketchup, our server also forgot that until the very end of the meal. We waited another 25 min for my steak to be re-fired. Only for it to be well done, and by that time I was full from my French fries. The server did comp things from the bill which was appreciated. However the entire night felt off. He was chatting with coworkers so I don’t believe being busy was the issue. Even with the comp. There is no chance we will ever come back.

   Had a wonderful meal and our server (George) was very good. Knew the menu well and made good suggestions. The chopped salad, waygu beef dumplings and the steak frites we had were all top notch. As were the onion rings. I would definitely return.

   Dinner was amazing, as always. The food is exceptional - best steak frites around. The hanger cut is delicious and done perfectly. The frites are the best, right from to copper bowls, and I love the arugula salad. And the sticky toffee pudding is the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. But what makes BC truly exceptional is the service. Shout out to Nick as well as all the servers and wait staff. Our favorite steak restaurant!!!

   Took my husband here for a milestone birthday and had a wonderful experience! They suprised us with a welcome champagne for the birthday boy. The menu is great with lots of variety in the way you can order your steaks. We couldn’t go past the steak frites (they re full your plate with frites if you run out). Our server was wonderfully attentive. We can’t recommend this place enough, we got a little candle on our dessert too. The little extra effort goes a big way! Can’t wait to go back.
