   We went to Boqueria before a show at the Ryman next door. 6:30 reservation and we told our server when we arrived that we had a show at 8 p.m. It took her probably 10 minutes to take our drink order - no problem, but then another 20 minutes to get our drinks. It was an Old Fashioned and a glass of wine (Old Fashioned came first, wine about 5 minutes later). The bar obviously had issues, as drinks took forever, and it was the same for the people around us. We ordered one of the specials where they bring you an assortment of food. The food took a while, but once it started coming, it came fast. Unfortunately, the service was slow in the beginning, so the food came later than we wanted. We didn’t get our dessert until 7:50, with our show at 8 p.m. The food was great for the most part. A few things I didn’t love, but no fault of the restaurant there - everything was cooked and prepared well. There were some delicious dishes that I wanted more of, for sure! Our waitress was really nice, but I think it was obvious she was spread thin. Strangely though, it seemed like there were a lot of people working that night. Maybe the staff was delegated poorly? Service needs to get better for us to consider coming back versus going to another tapas restaurant in town.

   The flavors are always on point, as is the service. A bit loud , but because it is open concept. Location is perfect for us, either for the Ryman or Bridgestone . I shouldn’t share because y’all are going to take over our fave place .

   Great experience here! We were celebrating my birthday and I’ve never seen this before, they gave me a card! What a thoughtful touch! That is excellent service. The food was very good as well. (I wish there was a sauce with the bacon wrapped dates … but that’s just me!) The sangria was delicious, the lamb screwers were juicy, and the Brussels sprouts were so yummy!

   Waitress was very nice, but the food overall was awful. Every was poorly seasoned and extremely bland, and food was burnt. We got the fried artichokes and all you tasted was burnt food and oil.

   Dined here for a pre-show dinner on NYE. The whole restaurant was festive and fun! Everyone we interacted with from the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. Our server, Joshua, was very good and made several suggestions. My only complaints are our drinks from the bar were a little delayed, but not surprising given it was NY’s Eve and a few food items could have used a little more salt. Overall, the food was delicious. We love the variety here and will continue to come back.
