   This is not what the original Bond St sushi was. Granted, our experience is based on the bento brunch box which they strongly recommended but I believe that this was a way to make serving the restaurant easier. There were several times the waitstaff brought something to the table incorrectly or in duplicate. The old standards aren’t as innovative today as they were 30 years ago. Beautiful space overlooking the Vessel and Hudson Yards but the food is just average, at best. They also have two soap dispensers in each of the four bathrooms. I, and the rest of my party thought one would be soap and the other hand lotion… everyone washed their hands at least twice.

   The overall ambiance of the restaurant was amazing! The overall look feels modern, but with Japanese inspiration. The staff was super attentive and so kind. The food was amazing, and there was not one thing we ordered that we were unsure of because it was all super delicious!

   Beautiful space, great view of the Vessel and the Hudson from the main dining room, delicious food and cocktails and attentive service. A wonderful experience!

   We waited 45 minutes passed our reservation for our table. We were comped four appetizers and a drink. If you like noisy, impersonal spectacle, Bond Street is the place for you. I knew it would be, but I went anyways because I went to see Luna Luna at the shed before hand and wanted to go to a restaurant close by. If we were seated on time, comments would be the same, however, the experience would have been much better.

   very expensive eating like all the restaurants in Hudson yards. I was very surprised how unexceptional the food was. I think the tuna crispy rice was the only dish that we we truly enjoyed. The eel and the Toro roll were mediocre. I have had wonderful versions of these for half the price. The short rib and flag rock Giza didn’t work in our opinion. There were some very good notes in their tuna tortilla but if that’s their signature dish I would be concerned.

   You must have reservations. Be prepared for 90 minutes or more for lunch, especially if you have a party of six. The place is packed. The food is very good. Ambiance, very NYC. Highly recommended for business lunches. Again, plan on 90 mins or more.

   Such an amazing experience! The food was phenomenal, the tuna tart is a must! The service was excellent, very cool vibe. 10/10 recommend
