   It was incredibly loud. Our table wasn't ready, so we had to wait in the doorway for 30 minutes! I had a headache from the noise before we had even gotten seated. If you're ok with the loud bars on Bourbon Street during mardi gras, then you should be fine. The food was pretty good. Husband and I both got the filet mignon which was good but a bit too charred. This didn't ruin the meal though. My side was crawfish macaroni and cheese which was incredible. My husband's side was cheesy mashed potatoes which he hated. They tasted like instant mashed potatoes and the cheese was only on top and was burned. We chose bout to do desserts there as you are forced to have a minimum of 3 people to get a sundae, 2-4 people to do the butter cake ( which i don't care for) or a lemon meringue pie. The ambience was not great. It was incredibly tight too, no room to move.

   AMAZING service and experience! Samuel was our waiter and he was excellent. The manager Travis talked to us for a while… excellent as well. We are locals and will definitely be back!

   This was our first time at the Bon Ton, we were all very pleased and will come again when visiting New Orleans. We pre-ordered (as recommended on the website) the 32-34 oz prime rib for sharing. Had the Cajun bacon and the cheese mashed potatoes, also shared. Everything was excellent. The waiters were attentive but not intrusive and answered all our questions.

   Amazing food, amazing service. 12/10 recommend. It was quiet so we could talk during our meal, and the servers were attentive but not intrusive.

   The new restaurant did not disappoint. This is truly a new place in every way. I was seated on time after having a cocktail and slacking in the renovation. There was great energy as the place was packed with many enthusiastic patrons. Daniel, our server was amazing and took excellent care of my wife and I. Do not miss the Bbq Shrimp, the corn side dish, and of course the prime rib. We will be back!!!!

    Our waiter Brad was so amazing! He’s a local NOLA guy and his accent was so fabulous! He also made a couple wonderful decisions for us when we couldn’t decide! I would def come back!
