   To me prime rib without a rib is just a potentially good slice of beef. I realize that some bone comes with the prime rib for two plus but I really miss the bone in their single portion size. Menu seems a bit abbreviated -- no T-bone for example. New Orleans needs more steak houses with in house bone saws rather than all steaks arriving by Fedex. Old Ruth Fertel would never sell a franchise until the potential owner came in and learned to use a bone saw with her.

   The food and service was phenomenal! Zack was our server and was attentive and great to work with helping us through the menu and suggestions as all of us were there for the first time. The food was outstanding from the grilled oysters, steaks, fish, and of course the prime rib. I HIGHLY recommend Bon Ton Prime Rib for both a personal and business dinner spot tine New Orleans!

   A lovely dining experience and excellent choice to meet for dinner with friends, date night or to celebrate a special occasion. There is a beautiful bar with a very well versed bartender, so heading in a little early to have a drink is a great idea. The decor is very warm and cozy and exactly what I expected for an upscale steak restaurant. It does however have excellent seafood options and a large variety of vegetable side choices. The Brussel Sprouts are wonderful! The appetizer and salads are very inviting and portions more than adequate to share. Both salads we had were large and perfectly prepared. One member of the party had the filet which was pure perfection while the other two had seafood also fresh and wonderful. My only warning is be aware portions are generous so know that when you order if you are not a big eater. The service is extraordinary on every level. It was a perfect addition to the experience. Wine list while not extensive is more than adequate leaving the opportunity for perfect pairing. I highly recommend and we will return - often!

   As this was our third visit, the Friday after Mardi Gras, the mood was laid back and chill. No more crowds. No more packed bar and restaurant. But the experience was warm and amazing. Wonderful stone crab and grilled redfish. Sides are among the best in the City. Service was exceptional! Cannot recommend more.

    the restaurant is so loud we couldn't hear the waiter speak, we couldn't hear each other speak. I still don't know the waiter's name after asking him 3 times. The food was okay but not outstanding. The rib roast was not hot and it was rather tasteless. Cocktails were good, wine list is good. That's about it. Not worth the prices they charge.
