Truly an exquisite experience. The food was incredible. I ordered the Caesar Salad to start. Served very differently; the finely chopped salad was served in Jicama wrapped leaves. Excellent!! My boyfriend started with the Lentil soup; very flavorful. I had the Skirt Steak he had the Halibut. An absolute must to go back to. Service was completely on point. Very friendly staff and lovely ambience.

Bolero is a beautiful restaurant in the Europe village in Temecula wine country. We ordered Carne Asada, Gambas with spaghetti, mushrooms, green salad, a cheese tray; everything was perfectly served and delicious. The waiters were excellent and we had a great time.

Our server Keith was outstanding. The food not so much. For $61 the paella was tasty but they cheap out on the shrimp and steak. If you like lots of expensive rice then you’re ok. Same thing with the Caesar salad, small but tasty. Keith was great and chose a nice bottle of wine for us for a good price.

Our server, Jerri, was amazing. The food was outstanding with the exception of one dish that was very salty, however, they took it back and did not charge us for it. Zero hassle over it. In fact, it was opposite. They were kind and apologetic. Great Service and cant say that enough. We ordered Apps, dinner, and dessert and I highly recommend. Oh, great cocktails/wine as well. We will definitely be back.

We’ve been to Bolero 5 or 6 times now and usually enjoy our visits, which is why we made the drive from Chula Vista to Temecula to celebrate our mom on Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.I booked our reservation in advance and selected “standard” seating. Like most restaurants, this term typically implies indoor dining, especially since there was also an “outdoor” option listed. When we arrived on time we were surprised to be taken to the patio, despite the 110°F heat and the fact that my mom is a senior. I politely let the hostess know we had reserved indoor seating, but she told us that indoor tables are actually first come, first served. This was never mentioned on the reservation site, their social media, or anywhere else. If we had known that, we wouldn’t have made the hour and a half drive only to sit outside in extreme heat. What made it more frustrating was that there were clearly open tables inside. When I asked the hostess to double-check, she briefly walked away and returned saying there was no availability, but it felt like she didn’t genuinely check. We ended up sitting outside with no fans, those tables were “reserved” too and tried to make the best of it. Our server, Adrian, was the saving grace of the experience. He was friendly, professional, and truly went out of his way to take care of us. If this review were only for him, it would be five stars. As for the food and drinks, they were underwhelming. The paella was overcooked and lacked flavor, the croquetas tasted like oil, and the calamari was very chewy. Worst of all, the drinks, including beer, were warm. The glasses were clearly fresh from the dishwasher, still hot, and water was served with a single ice cube that melted instantly. On such a hot day, this was a huge letdown.Sadly, we won’t be returning. Our Mother’s Day was uncomfortable and disappointing. Bolero, please take this feedback seriously especially with summer approaching.

Wonderful. Brittany is very warm and professionally perfect. The tomahawk and Sangrias as well as the charcuterie were delicious.
