We had a wonderful experience dining at Bolero Restaurante. From the moment we arrived at Europa Village, we were struck by its stunning beauty and romantic ambiance. We got there at 7:30 PM (our reservation was at 8:30 PM) hoping to explore, but didn’t realize the shops and tasting rooms had closed. The hostess kindly offered us outdoor seating by the bar with our pup, and even tried to seat us early. Just 20 minutes later, our table was ready. Our server was incredibly warm. As wine beginners, we appreciated the sommelier’s help—he recommended the Bolero Graciano for my boyfriend (a red lover) and the Muscat Canelli for me (I love sweet whites). To my surprise, I ended up loving the Graciano so much I kept stealing sips and had to order him another! The food is served tapa-style and comes out as it’s ready. The Paella takes 45 minutes, so we were advised to order it early. What we ordered: Queso Español (valdeon, drunken goat, manchego) – Highly recommend! We both said “YUM” at the first bite of the manchego. Great spread. Coles de Bruselas – Must try! Creamy goat cheese, crispy Brussels sprouts, and pops of pomegranate—bursting with flavor and texture. Carne Asada con Piquillos – Great value and well cooked. Wish there was more chimichurri (my bf ate most of it!). Paella de Mariscos y Chorizo – Seafood was cooked well, but it didn’t stand out. Couldn’t taste the chorizo. Raspberry & Black Pepper Sorbet – Refreshing and unique; great way to end the meal. Banana Crème Brûlée – Nice banana flavor, a bit heavy after a full meal. They surprised us with a dessert to celebrate my medical school graduatio, which was such a sweet gesture! We left absolutely stuffed (I had to unbutton my pants!) and went into a full on food coma on the way home. Overall, this place has a beautiful ambiance, warm and hospitable staff, and is pet-friendly (they even brought our dog a water bowl!). For the experience, the price felt very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back!

Oh my where do I start! The Empanadas, The Gambas con Espaguetis (Shrimp), and the Coles El Bruselas(brussels sprouts) were the BEST I have has out. Food was amazing, and the service was over the top! Every person from the hostess, to the waiters to the servers, Keith out did himself as our waiter and we were treated so kindly! We even let him pick one of our dishes! EVERYONE was so nice. It is truly the most beautiful atmosphere, absolutely amazing food, and the nicest staff. You are missing out if you don't go!!! BOLERO for the WIN!

As one who travels to Spain I appreciated the varied menu. It had excellent meat and seafood choices. The pricing is very reasonable. Had excellent service and recommendations from our waiter Keith. The music was perfect and not too loud. It is not a cozy or romantic environment but pleasing. BIG drawback that unfortunately exists in many restaurants. For a high class restaurant, with delicious food, the small bar in the dining room has 2 giant TV screens on all the time. This is NOT a sports bar and TVs in the face of diners is always distracting. Any good chef should DEMAND that no TVs detract from the quality of the food and the conversation that should be about the food! Get rid of the TVs and maintain the classy environment you seek to achieve!

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The only breakfast food is an omelet bar. Mimosas were not a part of the $61 cost per person. The regular breakfast menu looks great.

My friend and I celebrated her 50th birthday at Bolero’s and it was a memorable dining experience. From hostess, to waitress and servers our experience was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We began by dinner with the most delicious Brussel sprout salad with goat cheese and pomegranate seeds. It was such a unique mix of flavors for our palettes. Next we shared the Lubina-(sea bass) with artichoke and garbanzo beans, topped off with shishito peppers. For our second dish we enjoyed the perfectly prepared Chimichurri-marinated grilled skirt steak, Marcona almond sauce, patatas bravas, topped with shishito peppers. We finished the evening with the warm chocolate cake and a complimentary birthday dessert for my friend which we truly appreciated. The bread pudding, ice cream and strawberry birthday dessert made my friends evening complete. We also opted for 2 cocktails instead of wine with dinner since we had been wine tasting during the day and were ready for something new. The Bésame peartini was delicious as was my friends selection, La Matadora. The entire dining experience at Bolero’s was truly unforgettable and one which we will surely recommend to family and friends if they are ever visiting Europa Village.

Our waitress Brittany was amazing! Of course, the food and wine is always on point! We always get the empanadas and brussel sprouts to start! The seabass and halibut was amazing tonight, but the dessert was THE BEST! Some cake with lemon curd and blackberry sorbet AND to finish it off...a Mexican coffee! I'm good!
