It was a lovely evening and our request for an outside table, made with the reservation a few hours prior, was honored. We were shown to an outside table next to the railing at the end of the deck, which would have been the best possible table for us, being away from the crowd noise and indoor live music, except that it was also closest to the wedding tent, so we got to listen to the DJ’s tunes and for the entire meal. It was a beautiful Sat evening, so crowd noise was going to be unavoidable. This just wasn’t the soundscape we would have preferred. The food was about par for a casual place such as this. I had the slider flight ($17), which I found to be tasty and reasonably interesting, and my partner had Asian chicken tacos ($15), which were also good and a bit different from usual pub fare. The Caesar salads ($6) were fine/good. The service was friendly and mostly efficient. There was an error in the order brought by the runner, though (chips instead of fries), and we didn’t see our waitress again until we were done, so there was no opportunity to correct it. I wasn’t really a big deal to me, and the waitress cheerfully removed the fries up charge when it was pointed out to her when she (finally) came back to ask about desert, so, meh. Overall, met or slightly exceeded my expectations for food and service and I think the prices are very reasonable. Will just have to try to pick a less busy (I.e. quieter) time if/when we return.

Live music was entirely too loud for 6:30pm. Couldn’t hear each other at all. Asked the hostess to be moved and although that wasn’t possible at the time, she admitted they had gotten several complaints about the volume already. Although she said she’d talk to the manager about getting the volume down, that didn’t seem to happen. Food was ok, but the experience was kind of ruined.

Very dry Mac and cheese. The Mahi Mahi was also very dry with no flavor either dish. The cheese steak was almost the color of black and the meat dry. Would not recommend this place for a nice dinner.

Sat us outside where it was cold despite the heaters. Waitress was nice but stopped infrequently to check on us. Had to chase her down for more drinks. Brought the soup at the same time as the meal. Was bad enough but because it was already cold the food got cold quickly. Overall it was just okay. Won't rush back.
