   I wish I could give this place, 50 stars. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We were seated quickly, and our server Alejandro took us on a culinary journey. He was articulate and knowledgeable, clearly understood the depth and flavor of the dishes he recommended, not simply regurgitating descriptions:information. Highlights for us were the shrimp dumplings and and maguro zuke. Also, I was celebrating an anniversary, and the complimentary champagne was a sweet touch. Ultimately, the value for money is unbeatable, book your reservation now if you haven’t already.

   The quality of the sushi was not up to the level when compare to blue ribbon in other cities like NYC or Boston. Sadly, it is slightly better than sushi at WholeFoods. The restaurant has an easy vibe for being in Miami Beach but it lacks the sophistication to be expected for this brand. Overall disappointing and will not recommend or come back.

   Food so good we went twice in 16 hrs. Excellent service, thoughtful menu. Busy, but not super noisy. Excellent. Will definitely go back.

   This is our first time to Miami Beach. After doing some research, we picked to go to the blue ribbon, sushi bar, and Grill due to the reviews and how close it was to our hotel. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous you have the option to sit outside or inside. The service was good. They were just a little busy. We had prosciutto peppers and two sushi rolls for dinner. They were fantastic. The bar drinks were solid. Everything in Miami Beach is more expensive than you think. The value was there.
