   The concierge graciously seated me downstairs since the hotel elevator was not working (he specifically went to check). Appreciated due to a medical legs issue. Server was friendly; very good desert recommendation influenced my decision. Excellent food and timing, post-theater afternoon before another engagement.

   Food was cold. We got there at 4 when they opened. Everything was cold. Bang bang shrimp was hard with thick cold sauce thrown over it. Bread was cold. Lobster bisque and crab cakes were lukewarm. I usually enjoy my meals here but last night I was disappointed.

   Excelente! We did first the sushi class, was amazing, everything, quality of ingredientes to make sushi, profesional sushi chef, helpful, easy to understand. Outstanding class. Service impecable, you can have drinks during the class, even cocktails. Waiter really good. They have a bar upstairs, where we had the class, and also is restaurant, so after class we had some more wines, and the food we prepare, but we order a few things from menú. All very good. We hada great time and excelent expierence. Really good place. There is another bar and restaurant downstairs. Place its beatiful.

   We loved the food and wished we had more time to spend in the restaurant as it had a great ambiance. However, we had tickets for a show and needed to get going.

   We were allowed to book the reservation time for 11. Upon arrival, there was no host. Someone yelled from the bar area downstairs for us to walk upstairs. We walk upstairs and stand around at the top of the steps because again, there is no host. Someone finally was available and we asked if we could be seated. We arrive at our table… our host was phenomenal but the service was bad. The food wasn’t that great and we couldn’t order what we truly wanted because we were rushed from the kitchen closing at 11. Why allow us to book that time when you close the kitchen before we were even seated. We will not be returning. But thank you to our very kind waiter.
