We both had omelettes that were delicious. Our server did an excellent job and made every effort to make our experience delightful. It’s cozy seating and a small room but great ambiance. We always make a point to return when we visit NYC. Highly recommend!

Love the food and great value for the cost. Staff very friendly. The only negative was that the table by the entrance that we got was not ideal and tight for 4 people. Thank you.

Tiny high top for 4 with uncomfortable wooden stools (no backing), jammed next to the wall and another table, immediately next to front door made ours the worst table in the restaurant. Make sure your reservation specifies NOT to sit there. Staff / service was friendly. Food was ‘meh’… Caesar salad; pasta, sandwich, cocktails… nothing special

Great pre-show dinner. From check in, when the host asked if we were going to a show and what time so they would make sure we were in and out on time. The ambience is great, small and quaint, and the service and food were exceptional. I highly recommend it.

We popped in at 11:15 for an 11 o’clock reservation due to traffic. They were wonderful and accommodating. Food came out so quickly and made it to a show by 1 o’clock with no problem. Will definitely recommend.

Had a delicious brunch and wonderful time at The Blue Dog Cookhouse and Bar! The menu was so impressive!!! Tons of choices and everything we had was prepared perfectly. The staff was very attentive and worked very hard to fulfill all of our requests! We even spent several minutes visiting with the guy in charge ~ a fellow Tennessean who was so welcoming and helpful! He offered us lots of ideas to enhance the rest of our visit to New York and made us feel like we were old friends!
