   Went specifically for 30 day in house dry aged prime rib steak cooked medium. Steak came out to table sliced so I could share with my wife. Server tried to plate it for us and couldn’t get slices to separate. First bad sign. Steak was tough, white fatty and tasteless. I had the previous week had a 30 day in house dry aged prime rib steak cooked medium in San Marcos restaurant. Steak came out whole but was very tender, had a nutty flavor and virtually no fat so I had something to compare. Service was wonderful and atmosphere was really good. Just disappointed in steak. My thought was no reason to complain about the steak because if that is what they have to offer they can’t do anything better. Good place for great service and good atmosphere but not the best for great food.

   The service, ambiance, food, and attentiveness were excellent. Our server Holiday went above and beyond with her patience and effort to make our experience memorable. We celebrated my wife's birthday and obviously made the right decision in selecting Blü. We started with crab cake and bone marrow appetizers that set the tone perfectly. This was followed by a delicious caprese salad before our main course of a ribeye, filet, and salmon that were all cooked to perfection. Can't forget the delicious Violetta cocktail and blueberry lemonade mocktails enjoyed thanks to Holiday's recommendation. Finally, a multi layered slice of cake that paired perfectly with an espresso martini and some coffee. Thanks again to Holiday and the rest of her team members who made every effort to make our experience memorable. Cheers 🍸!

   Our first time there and had a great experience. Food and service were top notch. The bone marrow appetizer was delicious. Can’t wait to go back.

   My wife and I went for a quick happy hour and apps and ended up staying 2 hours at the bar. Nick was the bartender and we gave him creative rights to make what he wanted. All the drinks we had were amazing, crab cakes are the best I’ve ever had and my wife and I had a great time.

   My friends and I frequent Blü often. It definitely had a “blue” vibe this night. I’m not sure if it’s all new staff but aside from Julie I didn’t recognize anyone. We brought our hair stylist with us as she was looking for a venue for her event coming up. We raved about blü to her & was highly disappointed. Valet was not outside like normal we parked in the parking garage, we were not greeted with champagne like every other visit when we arrive, I was 15 min early so I waited at the bar for my friends. My bar tender was extremely friendly definitely enjoyed having her. Once moved to our table I requested Julie but we got someone else our waitress was very blah…(maybe an off day…understandable), I’m used to very upbeat and attentive servers. My friend had to send her steak back she ordered the American wagyu and it came out extremely hard/fatty she couldn’t even cut it. Julie was able to help us out and send it back. Because again our waitress was just ghost. We didn’t see her again until we looked for her for our check…My friend opted for the filet and that was great!

   Had a fantastic anniversary dinner! Service was top notch and we had a tour of the wine storage to top off a perfect date night.
