   Our first trip here was the day before New Year’s Eve. Because it was the holiday season, they were admittedly out of a few items. Once that came to the attention of the General Manager, he personally came over to ensure that the remainder of our evening went well. The food was excellent and the service did not disappoint. After sending someone to the steakhouse next-door to pick up a dessert they were out of for my son, the GM apologized for the rocky start and told us they were at least committed to “sticking the landing”! They went the extra mile and we will definitely return soon!

   Second time coming to BLU and have not been disappointed. The attention to detail that the staff has is incredible. They take pride in their work and it shows. Management staff is present and always looking out to make sure every dining has an elevated dining experience. Thank you.

   Third visit, always great service. Lots of staff ready to assist. Tried the ceviche and oysters for the first time- delicious! Very impressed with the ceviche. Had the spicy guava and mojito and both were tasty and fresh. Good value. Music is a little loud so don't expect your traditional quiet steakhouse.

   I consider myself a steak connoisseur ;) but the aged ribeye was the best steak I’ve ever had! This is a high-end steakhouse and after a dozen oysters (~$65) , two top shelf drinks each, salad, side and very high-end steaks, we were out of there for under 400 bucks  after healthy tip. Blü is now my FAVE spot for a special occasions!
