   One of the “fanciest” restaurants we found on Exuma yet!! Unfortunately arrived after dark so no view of the ocean, but restaurant is located right on the shore so probably best to book before sunset to get the great view. Service was just a little slow, but the delicious food was well worth it! For entrees, I chose coconut shrimp and my husband the crab cakes. We both had lobster for main course. The shrimp was crisp with just the right amount of coconut; the crab cakes soft and perfectly seasoned. The lobster was a generous, meaty portion with beautifully seasoned mashed potato and charcoal grilled vegetables. My husband had key lime pie for dessert but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Unusually, we didn’t have wine so I can’t comment on the wine selection but the gin & tonics were good! Pleasant ambience with cheery music accompanied by steel drums. Fairly expensive, but that was to be expected for the high quality of cuisine.

   We had a wonderful experience at Blu on the Water! The service was on point and the food was delicious. Everyone was so nice and service oriented. The photos put don’t were a great touch as well. We would highly recommend this restaurant!

   Amazing scenery, wonderful food and great atmosphere in one of the most beautiful places on the island. Great waitstaff took great care of our large party.

   We made a reservation months ago and didn’t realize you had to request outdoor seating, otherwise you will be seated indoors. We had a group of 11 for Christmas Eve and arrived to an indoor table. We talked to the hostess about our desire to sit outside, not knowing it had to be requested. They were so kind to take the time to set up a special table for us outside so we could enjoy the live music and beautiful views. They could not have been more gracious and accommodating to our family. We had the most delicious meal and everyone enjoyed their entrees, sides and apps. The kids devoured dessert. The service was great and views were outstanding. We would definitely return next time we are in Exuma. It is a wonderful restaurant with fabulous food, five star service and atmosphere!

   Great place for our visit dinner out on the island. Staff was great food was great. Drinks were wonderful. There were couples, families, and friends all dining at various tables. The ambiance was great for any of those groups

   A great experience awaits you at Blu on the Water. Quelly was a wonderful server who gave recommendations and provided top-level service. The seafood risotto was rich and filling and full of tastes. We had a blu vodka lemonade and a blu gin fizz - we each liked our respective drinks. The surf and turf appetizer and the coconut cake provided a great start and end to our meal. The view is beautiful, holiday decorations and music provided a great atmosphere. Plan to pay for the experience - but well worth it!

   This was our first dining experience at Blu and it was one of the best on the island. The ambiance was what you’d expect for a restaurant in this price range. And the location/view was spectacular!! The staff were so friendly and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our dining experience. And the food was simply the best we have eaten on the island. The filet was so tender and tasty as was the grilled lobster. The vegetables were perfectly grilled and tasted so fresh. We would highly recommend Blu for the food, atmosphere, location and staff!

    BLU is a Great place that never disappoints. We were seated immediately and our hostess was so nice. She was very informative and polite. We got to sit outside and it was perfect. Our waitress was a long shortly after to get our drinks and appetizers so our service was quick.... Our food was really good along with our variety of desserts. We all ordered a different entree so we tried something new. It was Great. Another Great Experience at BLU and I would Definitely Recommend!
