   Wonderful experience at Blu. We were there for a birthday celebration and the food and service was amazing. We have been there many times and will continue to return.

   this was an amazing restaurant!!! food ambiance and service were all out of this world. great options for our party as we had a vegetarian. would most definitely return.

    We have always enjoyed the many times we have been to Blu. We have celebrated many special times there including a birthday party for me last year of 15 people in their private room- and look forward to enjoying it as a treat. This time, we waited 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated, we waited 45 minutes for our first cocktail and the second cocktail was nearly an hour… we just told them to cancel it. The other restaurant goers were so poorly dressed I am shocked they let them in- I nearly saw the private parts of the girl next to me her dress was so incredibly short. Other men were dressed in t shirts and sweatpants. The food seemed rushed coming from an over busy and under staffed kitchen and not to the normal standard of all the other times we have eaten at Blu. The sushi rolls were sloppy. We had family visiting from out of town and often bragged about Blu to them and were excited to share it with them, instead we had to profusely apologize for taking them there in the first place. Overall, we were very disappointed with this experience and it will be a while before we go back soon.
