   The service was disappointing, nobody came to check on us during our meal or ask if we wanted another drink until we were having dessert, which was a long time since we had the 4 course meal. It didn't feel like we were being taken care of? Other than that, the food was great and it's a beautiful restaurant.

   The food is creative and tasty but overly reliant on deep frying/tempura to make up for the fact that there’s no fish. So if you think you’ll get the freshness/lightness of real sushi, you won’t. Though the salmon sashimi is incredible. Most of the seats are uncomfortable stools so get ready to have a back ache after. Took 1.5 for our food to come so by the time it arrived we weren’t really in the mood to eat anymore.

   spent the evening trying the special menu "MTL á table" I can say that it was an exceptionally positive experience for me, delicate and unexpected combinations of products in different dishes added zest to this evening. I recommend trying it! but the lack of heating was quite noticeable, which caused discomfort. It is also worth noting that such a cozy decor as lit candles can greatly affect the state of visitors if the aroma is as rich and extraordinary as stinky cheese or socks. I give 4/5 for service since the request for birthday greetings was fulfilled without enthusiasm, the waiter accidentally put out one of the candles on the dessert and did not bother to correct the mistake. Perhaps someone would not have paid attention to this, but damn, in the reserve there was a clarification that this was a dinner in honor of a birthday.

   Bloom was everything we were looking for. The sushi is inventive and delicious - and for much of it you’d never guess it was vegan. Our server was excellent. Would definitely eat here again.

   We enjoyed our visit to Bloom - The service was friendly and it was a nicely decorated restaurant. The food was pretty good, though we wished there were a bit more options to select what you wanted from the 2 person combo.

    Wait staff was inattentive and spacey. Our drinks came watered down from sitting at the bar awhile. Half our order was never placed and we left hungry after 90 minutes but we had to get to a play. Drink wear was dirty and when I asked for replacements they just took them and didn’t replace them. Unlit candles at all the tables. Poorly run and depressing. What rolls we did end up with were good, but we only got about half of what we requested. We didn’t get an apology or a discount, just got the bill like nothing happened.
