A sophisticated Japanese cuisine experience but with a modern interpretation, with a quality-driven menu curated to activate your senses and focusing on the food.

extremely slow and unacceptable service. they brought one piece of nigiri at a time for the party of 5 people with interval of half hour in between. ridiculous mockery of a food place. would never go back. don’t waste your time and money

Food was excellent! Service was really slow. We ordered the BT Omakase experience but we didn’t receive one of our courses and some of the nigrini. We had to remind them a few times what we hadn’t received yet from the tasting menu. This could be a great place if they can work out the service kinks.

Excellent Japanese food. Very authentic. Best Japanese I had in Florida. The service was outstanding too. We had the omakase. Superb!

I visited Blind Tiger during Miami Spice, and while the quality of the fish was good, the overall experience was far from memorable. The restaurant is marketed as a 'speakeasy,' but there’s nothing interesting or thematic that stands out in that regard. The sushi rolls were extremely basic, with only ingredients like cucumber and surimi on the inside; there was nothing special or innovative about the offering. I expected something more exciting. The service was good, but the atmosphere didn’t justify the price. In my opinion, there are many other options in Miami with better quality and originality for the same price like Intimo or Osaka.

If you are looking for a unique experience this is it! The restaurant has a cute and sexy ambiance being tucked away in plain view. Our waitress Karen was phenomenal, she was efficient, displayed amazing knowledge of the menu and provided great recommendations. The food itself was top tier. Very fresh and elegantly plated. Would definitely dine here again.
