   Food was excellent! Noise level was a little much for us older folks! Service was slower than normal -we seemed to be waiting longer than normal for the whole experience. Overall the food was good enough to keep us coming back !

   Walked in at 6:40, and they said two hour wait. Walked out and made a reservation on OpenTable for a half hour later at 7:15. Food was good. Service was good.

   It took 30 minutes to get our first drink. We had a shared table. I also asked for a handicap seat and nobody bothered to look at it until I got to the restaurant. I was not able to sit where I requested.

   Neat atmosphere but the sushi and Mexican cuisine combo was odd and the food did not impress. Drinks were decent but overall it was a bit overpriced and underwhelming.

   Our overall experience was awesome. We invited 2 couples who have never been to the Blind Owl. This is our 3rd time and we love coming Wed when the jazz group is there. We already have some of the upcoming dates on our calendar and are thinking of whom we should invite to join us. The food (love the Shwarma nachos) and service can't get any better - it was great . The new manager Dominic also visited our table and connected with us. Keep it going!! The one thing I've noticed with new places is over time they loose their quality and edge. don't cheap out!!

   First time I’ve been to Blind Owl for dinner, first couple visits have been lunch. Food has been consistently good for every visit. This time we had an 8:00 reservation. However, we were not seated for 30 minutes. Even with the reservation, a couple in our party were charged cover for the band. This was not noted when we made the reservation. It would have been nice to know ahead of time and therefore, we may have chosen a different option for the evening. Overall, service was slow but staff was very friendly. We all got the Mexican dishes and all the food and drinks were great.

   Overall, good. They try to upsell the wasabi. It’s not even real wasabi; it’s horseradish. They also claim the Alfredo is made with Parmesan reggiano cheese, but who really knows? Probably the same tactic there. However, the food was great. Not sure if I’ll go back, though. Between the upsell scam and $2.00+ credit card charge, it gets pricey quick for the type of food being offered.

    Literally just don’t go here. This place needs Gordon Ramsey. Entire meal across our group was made incorrectly and tasted terrible. Send back meals, given incorrect orders. Live music from probably the worst live cover band I’ve ever heard.
