   A brilliant experience, food was perfectly cooked and soooo tasty. Staff were attentive and friendly although it was a very busy evening. Great value You have to try the cheesecake Mmmmm!!

   Had a wonderful meal at Blacklock Covent Garden with n Monday 9th December with my Wife everything and everyone works so hard to make all customers feel important thanks again Blacklock will be seeing you again in 2025 Ron

   Everything was just perfect - food, service, Christmas atmosphere! Our favourite Blacklock location - special mention to the staff and their attention - always on hand even though it was so very busy!

   The food was good but overall it was an overpriced roast dinner. We had to keep asking for gravy as they only provided one small gravy boat for 2 people. The pudding tasted lovely but it was not served well. I’m not too sure why it was not dished in the kitchen as the server struggled to get it out of the dish at our table. It did not come out looking like a cheesecake. Then while we were eating dessert another server came over and put our bill on the table and walked off without saying anything. She then returned 5 minutes later to get us to pay whilst we were still eating and I asked did we need to pay right now and she said no and that she would come back. It was quite rude since we were still eating. They didn’t mention the restaurant was closing until after we finished our dessert, by which point we were ready to pay. I wish we hadn’t paid service charge reflecting on our evening now. Overall the food was good but the service wasn’t so great.

   Great experience taste was 10/10. However would be nice is there was a Yorkshire each and a few more potatoes, only got 1 slice of lamb between the both of us, 2 slices of beef 2 crackling and 2 slices of pork. The meat was fantastic really good quality. Still rate it 10/10 even with my suggestions above. Can’t wait to go back!

    Once again a fantastic roast and experience at Blacklock Covent Garden. Staff as always go above and beyond to ensure you have the best time. Major thanks to Lydia who was a fantastic server today too.
