   Good quality was excellent and our server, Veronica did a great job with a group of 9 guests. Awesome job and great experience!

   Pizza was delicious and the strawberry shortcake pizookie was amazing. Service was very friendly. I would come here again.

   "TRULY THE BEST" Thanks to BJ's, Jorge (GM) and Hunter (waiter) each one was amazing!!! I used to own a Travel Agency in two states and had the good fortune to see the World in some many ways. My meal experience tonight was an amazing event. We had the 3 course special meal offer... the Salad was standard, yet the Prime Rib and Salted Carmel Pizookie was the best we have had. So i ask our waiter to tell the Kitchen and Management what did they do. Remember, I have travel the World and even being a Club member had wonderful meals with BJ's before... NOT LIKE TONIGHT THOUGH... this was TRULY THE BEST and wanted to share that. We was over taken by the quality of Beef and Desert... WOW, we will be back for sure!!! Remember my club membership isn't just BJ's... Landry's, Darden, Bloomin' and you get the picture... many more for the years and learning best place to eat privately or a group!

   Great booking experience for our big group. All the team members we encountered were kind and nice. Great table service and the food was perfectly prepared and brought out quickly. We had a good time. It was kid friendly, which was important for us. Great menu with a variety of choices. Thank you!

   Poor Service normally starts from the management down. We Walked into a nearly halfway empty restaurant, but couldn’t be sat.  we made a reservation through OpenTable and upon arrival spoke with the host. He stated that because the tables were reserved prior to my reservation, They cannot give us these tables that were available.  we arrived at 5:30 PM and we’re not set until 6:30 PM. The food was not served until 7:30 PM. At 7:30 PM, the tables that were empty. Those reservations finally showed up. My parents are diabetic and weren’t feeling good having to wait two hours for the food. We will never come back here again. Unfortunately, this one BJ’s location just lost our business countrywide

   Had a reservation for twelve family and friends. When we walked in they were ready for us without any wait. Server was friendly and handled everything perfectly. Food was great and brought out all together and timely. Would recommend for large group meal in Orlando.
