   Our food and service was exceptional. Arianna was our server and she was great. She is the best server we have ever had at BJs.

   Food is always amazing! Something on the menu to please everyone, even a large group. LOVE that they take reservations, especially when you have a large group!!

   Our group of retired teachers enjoyed our meals. Several of us got the lunch special with the dessert which we thought was a great treat. They were delicious by the way. Overall I think everyone had a good time and could hear each other pretty well. We enjoyed our meals It was convenient and we could go to the mall if you wanted to.

   We have had better experiences- given that it was Father’s Day we expected it to be a little busier but it was not very busy- lots of open tables around us. With that said, our service was VERY slow! Our waitress seemed super overwhelmed and wasn’t attentive to our table. A few of our food items were cold. It took close to 20-30 minutes each time we would tell her something to receive what we asked for- refills, to go boxes, sauces, etc. Even dessert took a really long time to receive. The food was ok, not the best we’ve had. The price was definitely not what we expected based on our experience. It was very expensive!

   Ordered the fish and chips, the fish was slightly overcooked. The service was exceptional.

   Our food was excellent but we waited for Refills. Service needs to improve some, it was totally bad but could be improved

   Host needs to learn how to use OpenTable reservations. The host cancelled the reservation instead of accepting it. The manager was helpful and corrected the issue. The server was personable and a delight. Food was scrumptious and dessert divine !

   A decent place can fall apart with the wrong people. The person working the host station was either stoned or clueless. We arrived on time for our reservation, and were told "give me a minute to find you a table." 15 minutes later, we are looking at empty tables and still not seated. So we asked again, he once again said "give me a minute to find you a table." We were taken to an empty tablet. After 15 minutes, we had not seen a server. I once again went to the host station. He was grabbing menus for a couple he was about to seat when he asked if I needed something. I asked if he had marked the table as seated because we had not been served. He asked where we were sitting. I pointed at the rest of my party in the dining room. He said, "can you take me to the table?" I walked to the table and he followed, leaving those he was about to seat dumbfounded. He said "give me a minute" then went into the back. About 5 minutes later, a server came, apologized and shared that he had seated us in the wrong section. The rest of the service was fine, but the useless host soured the experience.
