   Our server was good, however the kitchen did a poor job. Guacamole was more like sliced avocado, pizza was undercooked, and prime rib was a slab of fat. Very disappointing.

   The place was nice and in a good area. Large menu with a lot of options. Service was very good. Food was just ok.

   The boy who was at the reception was extremely rude and rude to customers, the first employee to have contact with customers should be more receptive and he was clearly in a bad mood. I understand that we all have bad days, but that doesn’t justify taking it out on other people. The table service was pleasant and we informed the attendant about what happened. The food was no different from other restaurants in the same style, but in this one the price is higher.

   Experience was great. However, even though being told and asked for a birthday “surprise,” our waitress never delivered one which was a bit disappointing.

   I love this restaurant! It’s a great meeting place for friends that are in town to meet up with them if you’re coming from Seminole county and they’re coming from the tourist areas! We had the best waitress tonight!

   Our orders came out one dish at a time over the course of about 15-20 minutes. That one aspect dampened the ambiance of dining together.
