   Went to BJs tonight to celebrate my birthday with my family. Definitely wasn’t the experience we planned. Appetizer got delivered to the wrong table so we cancelled it as our dinner was almost coming out. Dinner came out and my pizza was barely warm, daughter’s broccoli was cold, asked for a box and it never came so had to ask again, drinks were never refilled. Truly dissatisfied!

   I ordered a soup & salad combo Ang my GF ordered clam chowder in a bread bowl. My soup & salad came at the same time as her soup. Both soups were luke warm at best. Salad was warm, almost wilted. Worst experience at a BJ's ever. The place was packed at Friday 6pm.They need a quality control manager in the kitchen.

   Food and service was great after we were seated. We made a reservation- arrived on time but still took over 30 minutes to be seated. Mind you it was Pazookie night so a lot of high school kids were there. Just a heads up if you’re going on a Tuesday night.

   I’m glad we made reservations because there was a long wait. It was a pretty busy Tuesday evening for them. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes to get our table cleared and were sat. Our server was friendly and helpful. She took our drink order. We ordered two appetizers which we realized they are very small portions so we had to place another order. The second round of appetizers did take a while. We also had to wait for our server to be spotted and ask for our drinks to be refilled. My plate was good, but I will say the three people who ordered cheeseburgers came home with stomach aches really bad. The lettuce and tomato did not look fresh.

   Food, ambience, and quality of stuff was great. Our server was a little bit of a space cadet and forgot our order a couple times and brought us the wrong drinks and stuff. He was very nice, but didn’t give great service.

   Server was nice and attentive at first but put food in as 2 separate orders as we were a party of 10. We were waiting quite a while for half of the party’s order. Also 40 minute wait for 3 desserts with no attention from our original server who handed us off and then came back from a break. Maybe not the best experience for a larger party. Also found a hair in the pizza. But they took it off the bill

    We waited an hour to be seated even with reservations (large group of 12 which is why i made reservations) once seated a few of our groups members didn’t get their meals until everyone was done eating and decided to take theirs to go. Our server was great but definitely needed assistance for the amount of tables they were serving.
