Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Booked for Valentine's Day and they said they couldn't find my reservation. They were not super busy at that moment but they did seat me very quickly and were very happy with the service and food. If you plan to reserve, maybe don't do it on one of the busiest days of the year, they may lose your reservation like they lost mine.

First time dining service was very good friendly and very accommodating in our needs order the Wednesday special burger n fries is fresh ordered appetizers the chicken wings it’s tender Lots of parking space gem in the neighborhood

It was Christmas Eve, so I tried to be generous with the scores, but it took 2.5 hours for what we anticipated to be a quick meal. Service was slow despite the fact that that we arrived at 5pm and the restaurant was nearly empty. Altogether it was disappointing.The fan above us was very very noisy and COLD ( Xmas eve) the music was weird and I get not everyone want Xmas carols year long but on Xmas eve I would have take a few between regular hip hop songs. We just wanted a chill place to eat and not cook but this wasn’t quite up to par.

Typically never leave a review but our service was amazing! Went in for drinks & appetizers, I have never had a bad experience at BJs, also love that I can reserve a table online! Makes it quick & easy.

Waited 30 minutes for our server to ask us if we wanted dessert when we were done eating the main dish. Realized that he was sitting down for 10 of those and in the back for the remaining 20.

We are frequent diners. We were there to celebrate our daughter in laws birthday. I put the note on the reservation and reminded the server at the beginning of the meal. I think our server was having a bad day. She was not very friendly (as most servers at BJs are). Took the orders. Brought three of the four entrees. Just threw them at us. The fourth entree arrived 5 minutes later. Dessert time had to remind her AGAIN that this was a birthday. She took the order for the free pizookie. Brought it to us with no candle or other recognition of her birthday. Said “sorry no candle “. Threw the desserts at us. We noticed that other tables celebrating birthdays did have a candle in the pizookie. We celebrated ourselves with no help from the restaurant. Service is a major value when dining out. For this experience I’m afraid BJs was a big fail. Food was good though.
