   This place absolutely was terrible. We had a reservation at 6:00 and got seated at 6:20. The waitress rushed us as we ordered. I ordered the chicken sandwich it was gristly and was an extra 4 dollars for a total of 5 onion rings. Food was terrible service was terrible. Do NOT make a reservation here you will be late to anything you have afterwards.

   We only waited for 20 minutes after reservation. It took a little bit to get an item that I ordered after my food was received. Knowing that it was a holiday and very busy, it was ok. However, I don't think I will visit again. Not impressed with the food

   It was crazy busy. Seated about 20 minutes after reservation time. Staff was working hard to get people seated fast.

   It was Valentine’s Day and I made reservations. We waited for an hour to be seated. We also kept getting quoted different times for when we’d be seated. The busier didn’t wipe down our table properly. He wiped the table but didn’t dry it so we sat at a wet table and he didn’t even check the seats because when we went to sit down seats had crumbs and a napkin from the last guests that sat there. Finally, our server barely came and checked on us. We saw her a total of 3-4 times in one night as she continued to keep checking on the other guests sitting near us, she didn’t keep our glasses full, and she didn’t bother to offer much or ask us how we were doing. The food was decent but we had such a bad experience that we were ready to go and didn’t want to try any desserts.

   BJ’s Brewhouse is a go to fav for our family. And Demya, our waitress, was awesome!

   Well, a bit understaffed as far as service. We sat on the floor but the bartender was our waitress. Not sure why management did that to her. Food receipt was slow. Venue was underheated. It is winter outside of the kitchen. Probably will not be back.

   Food was delicious. Brittany or server at the bar was fantastic. But I would not say we truly had reservations even though we did. It did not take priority over other people waiting. I know it was a busy Saturday but they didn't even consider our reservations with any validity at all. But Britney really helped make the evening great

   Loved the Avocado Egg Rolls. We went on a Thursday and had the daily special. Everything was prepared perfectly and our service was outstanding.

   The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. After 3 hours, we left without 2 meals being served; with every single bill incorrect; and charged for the 2 meals that never came! Everyone’s food was cold, delayed and incorrect.

    We were there during the OSU Bowl game and the restaurant was quite busy. The wait staff and kitchen did not miss a beat; they were prompt, courteous and extremely attentive to the customers. A shout-out to Megan who is indeed an asset to the BJ’s servers.
