Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. We changed our plans for dessert on Valentine’s Day night because of an email we got from BJ’s. It was the Valentine pzookie! I just had to try it! First, we know a waitress there and we were told that we would be seated in her section. We weren’t. Next we had a nice waiter who took our order. It took about 20 minutes to get our water! Then some time later we got the pzookie that we were so excited to get. There was 1 slice of strawberry! The ice cream was totally melted, and the chocolate was a dollop on the top. Of I could post pics on this review, I would. I plan to send the pics to corporate!

We reserved a table in advance, we went for the three course meal, only to find out they had run out of all the prime ribs and pork chops! So disappointing!

BJ's has a wide variety of menu options, and all that we have had are good. Tonight, we had a new waitress shadowing another employee. She was adorable and took the order perfectly.

My party got there and they had us wait 30 minutes until we could get seated. Then we got sat but at a very small table, but granted we were a big family of bigger people. We requested for a table change and they made it happen for us ! so nice and made my birthday very special !

As expected service at this location was great! Kudos to the managers who are hiring the right people that obviously like their job and do more than just take an order! Will definitely return!

Everything was going good, until the end. When we received our check, we had 3 meals added to the receipt, that wasn’t ours. This was over a $100 mistake. When we addressed it, the second receipt was still wrong, with an extra drink and another added meal, a $40 mistake. With the place so busy, our waiter was between tables, while trying to address the issues. All the while, we had to-go desert w/ small ice cream tubs that started to melt, because we had to wait for the waiter to correct everything for the third time. At this point, my patience was spent and went up to the manager and explained the issues. I also told him that our ice cream was melting, from waiting so long and he said he would switch them out with new ones. The manager then disappeared to the back, thinking he was going to get the new ice cream tubs, but took long and just came back out talking to another wait staff. I had to tell our waiter, who was already flustered from his mistakes and he finally switched them out. Food was bland, not like I remembered. Lastly, 3 different times, during our meal. Different wait staff came up to us and asked if we had the so and so plate. All three times, wrong. I guess the poor excuse for services come from the top. No apologies made for the wait, no acknowledgment of our melting ice cream’s, no explanation from the manager on why he just disappeared. Check your receipts, if you decide to dine in here.
