At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

Another fabulous meal at Bivio! The service and the food are wonderful. Please bring back the chocolate mousse for dessert, it's a fan favorite!

Another fabulous Bivio experience, start to finish. We took friends visiting from MA who now get why this is our fave restaurant in town. Chef’s kiss!

I continue appreciate and feel gratitude for the return Bivio, now in its second incarnation under new management following the retirement of its founder. Off the beaten path, on a quiet street next to the railroad tracks, it is a neighborhood secret hideaway of a pizzeria. I love it. 100% authentic Neapolitan pies, and exquisite salads. Great service, too.
