   Excellent views and service. Nathaniel made excellent recommendations on the food. We were seated promptly and had a wonderful view of the Lawrence River. Food was great and the portions were sumptuous.

   Our waiter Matthew was A plus- friendly, knowledgeable, and adept at service with a smile. Had a lovely lunch overlooking the river even on this cloudy day. We had a lovely experience. Had the burger, club, smoked meat and fish and chips- all delicious. Lunch is a lovely afternoon treat at SAM.

   Originally booked counter seating but was pleasantly surprised by being seated at a lovely table with river views. Our server was attentive without being overly so. Excellent wine selection. Both onion soup and the evening special creamy mushroom were delicious. The fish and chips was lightly batterd, crispy and moist. My partner enjoyed the club sandwich w/ fries. We were served dessert gratis in celebration of the birthday as I indicated on the reservation. It was a beautiful evening ending our stay in Quebec.

   We had a wonderful dinner with excellent food and drinks and amazing service. Our server was wonderful with the children while still keeping the adult experience elevated. Would highly recommend!

   Nous avons passé une belle soirée en amoureux. L'endroit est chaleureux avec une vue magnifique sur le fleuve. Nous avons instauré cette tradition, nous y allons chaque année dans la période des fêtes. La nourriture servie était délicieuse.

    It was a beautiful place. Service was courteous but slow. Food was ordinary for the price. We had a nice view and loved the beauty of le Chateau Frontenac!
