Bistro di Marino in Sewell is an old world Italian Style restaurant with a full bar to compliment the food. We offer a variety of wines and craft cocktails while staying true to our Italian roots .

You'll come for the gnocchi's and stay for the experience!

Bistro di Marino is my kitchen. It’s where I get to do what I love and share it with all who pass through its doors. As you read this, we are busy in the kitchen pouring our hearts into our food. This is a love affair that goes back for many, many years and if you haven’t yet dined with us, consider this an invitation to experience four generations of my family in the place I call home.

We’ve never had anything short of a fabulous meal at Bistro Di Marino. Last night was our first visit since BDM transitioned away from purely being BYOB. We were lucky enough to have Amber (the bartender) as our server. All our food and drinks were FABULOUS. The pomegranate margarita was so delicious. Thank you all for a wonderful meal during our much anticipated date night.

Dante was an incredible server. We went here for our 2nd year wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. Wonderful waiting staff overall and the food was top notch!

Pleasant, friendly, attentive staff. Great menu with many options. Food was prepared as described and delicious. Excellent cocktail and wine menu as well.

Waiter was great. Eggplant special = good Tuna tartare= just ok Caesar salad = ok and just normal Veal Milanese = horrible, tough veal, heavily breaded, no taste, served nearly cold right at room temperature with cold melted coagulated mozzarella on top. Just terrible and $35. We paid, left a nice tip but very unhappy with the veal. It tasted old and honestly microwaved. Do better for that price!!!

Delicious fluffy gnocchi in a robust pomodoro! Caesar salad was somewhat dry but tasty. Sea bass with shrimp crab in lobster sauce with spinach and mashed potatoes was delicious but just warm. Short rib tortellini was just ok. Tasted like frozen store bought tortellini. Rolls were ok. A good crusty bread would have been better. Our server was terrible. While nice and professional he was MIA most of the evening. No water refills, no offer of a second beverage, didn’t check on meals and just not ar. Other servers were coming and going regularly checking on their tables. Noise level was out of control. I get that they are trying to create a “club” atmosphere but hold off until 9 with the loud DJ music. And lastly the ladies room was a disgrace. At 8 pm no toilet paper or paper towels and the it was just dirty especially the floors. Grout tile needs a major steam cleaning. Probably won’t go back.
