   Beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. We could even see whales breaching in the distance. Wonderful wait staff. Food was great (pricey, but delicious). Gluten free bread/muffins were much appreciated.

   When I pay over $80 USD for a steak, nothing else is included in the price, I expect a high quality steak not one that is a quarter inch thick like one finds at street taco stands. It was so thin, it could not be properly cooked to medium rare. If the restaurant did not have a proper steak, it would have been better to let me know and I could decide on another menu item.

   Overall everything was good. My fish was a bit over cooked and service was fine. No warm and fuzzies or topping up of water/drinks.

   Service was exceptional. Pleasant piano music. Second time I’ve had the lobster bisque. Disappointed both times. Too salty, too thick, lukewarm and one sad, hard pastry-like ravioli. Shrimp appetizer looked and tasted great but the huge shrimps were overcooked. Mahi mahi was thick and fresh but again a bit overcooked. Rack of pork was tasty, moist but a bit fatty. Fabulous view from outside seating area.

   Great dinner and night out. All you could ask for in a high end restaurant. Excellent food and service, couldn’t be better. Class and cuisine. Everything was wonderful. Not easy to get to at Vidanta but well worth it.
