Bistro 118, located on the Dale Mabry Campus, in the Humanities Building in room DHUM 118, is a fine dining restaurant experience run by our own Culinary, Hospitality, Restaurant, and Dietetic Management students. Your generous gratuities help support students through the Culinary & Hospitality Scholarship fund.

    Bistro 118 offers a great atmosphere, amazing food, and wonderful service. The students in HCC's culinary program provided a fine dining experience at fast food prices. We will definitely return whenever possible.

    The food was great, especially the Malva Pudding! Our server, Ciani, was super friendly and helpful the whole time. Can’t wait to visit again!
